In 2024, Cynthia co-founded Lucen Partners with the goal of creating a company that offers extensive consulting services in product management and technology, operating on the principle of operators guiding operators. By harnessing the expertise and insights of industry experts, she guides a team that offers invaluable guidance to companies throughout the entire investment lifecycle.

Cynthia is a seasoned software executive with over 20 years of experience in both domestic and international markets. She has worked with a diverse range of companies, from start-ups to large enterprise software organizations, and has successfully navigated significant transformation challenges in the areas of product and technology.

Cynthia's career highlights include serving as the CTO (Chief Transformation Officer) for Jamf, a publicly traded company listed on NASDAQ. Prior to that, she held the position of Senior Vice President of Product at Jamf. Cynthia also served as the Managing Director of Product Management at Vista Equity Partners and held leadership roles at Thomson Reuters, including Vice President of Global Product Management and Vice President of Professional Services in Tax and Accounting.

In her role as Chief Transformation Officer, Cynthia served as the driving force behind strategic transformation initiatives, acting as the face of change within the company. She was responsible for spearheading top-level strategic initiatives, enabling organizational change to foster new growth opportunities, and bridging the gap between enterprise strategy and business execution. Cynthia played a pivotal role in aligning the company's vision with its operational goals.

During her tenure at Vista Equity Partners, Cynthia provided invaluable guidance and coaching to product leaders across a portfolio of 50+ companies. She also took the initiative to establish the Product Management Accelerate Program, a highly regarded training program for product management leaders. Her expertise in product management and transformation has made her a sought-after authority in the field.

With her extensive experience, strategic acumen, and deep understanding of product management best practices, Cynthia continues to be a driving force behind transformative initiatives, empowering companies to thrive in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
